Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru Karnataka.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 90 days, the parties agree to pursue mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
